I try to communicate and show patience with my teammates. I support my team by advocating for what is best for the group.

Some key characteristics of a good teammate are kindness, compassion, selflessness, and patience.
How She Approaches Her Role on the Team:
I approach my role on the team by getting to know my teammates so that I know how to support them and know what standard to hold them to. I also want to know how to be a good friend outside of practices.
