Save your work with Google Takeout.

Seniors, you’ve worked hard to get to graduation and much of that work is housed in your Google Apps account. If you’d like to take your work with you, Google Takeout is a great way to do this!

Google Takeout allows you to keep data from the products you use, like your email, calendar, and photos. In a few easy steps, create an archive to download and keep for your records or transfer the data into another Google account.

Students should download and move files from their @salemkeizer.org accounts before access is disabled. Graduating students will have access to their Salem-Keizer Public Schools Google accounts until October 30th. This process may take several days if there are many large files. Please plan accordingly.

Guarda tus trabajos en Google Takeout.

Estudiantes de 12 grado, ustedes han trabajado mucho para llegar a su graduación y gran parte de ese trabajo se encuentra en su cuenta de Google Apps. Si desean aguardar/mantener sus trabajos, ¡Google Takeout es una excelente manera de hacerlo!

Google Takeout te permite guardar toda tu información, como tu correo electrónico, calendario y fotos. Con Google Takeout, puedes crear un archivo para descargar y guardar todos tus trabajos o transferir tus datos a otra cuenta de Google.

Los estudiantes deben de descargar y mover todos los archivos de su cuenta de @salemkeizer.org antes de que la cuenta se desactive. Los estudiantes que se gradúen tendrán acceso a sus cuentas de Google de las Escuelas Públicas de Salem-Keizer hasta el 30 de octubre. El proceso de aguardar los trabajos puede tardar varios días si hay muchos archivos. Por favor, de planear adecuadamente.

Schedule Virtual Conferences Here (In-person Conferences do not require an appointment)

School Conferences will take place during the following times:

Wednesday, March 22

5:15pm-8:00pm

Thursday, March 23 

9:30am-11:30am

12:00pm-2:00pm

5:15pm-8:00pm

Instructions for setting up a virtual conference:

Step 1 -Read all the instructions then click on the red button below. 

Step 2- Click on the box that includes the teachers last name. For example: Cowan- You’ll choose the box labeled ‘Staff last names A to C’ because Cowan starts with C.  

Step 3- Choose the date (March 22 or March 23)  then choose the teacher you want the conference with under ‘Select Staff’. This step is important. If you do not choose a teacher, a teacher that your student might not have will be chosen for you. It says optional but it is REQUIRED. Then choose the time you wish to meet.

Step 4- Fill out the next section with parent/guardian information. 

Step 5- Complete the additional information section. The first three fields are required in order to book the conference. When you are done press the red ‘Book’ button to complete the scheduling of your conference & repeat for every teacher you would like to have a conference with.

You will then receive an email confirmation with the details of your conference. Save this email, you will need to click on the link in this email the day of your conference. If you choose to attend in-person, you can disregard this link, you do not need an  appointment. If you do not receive an email then there might be an issue with the email address you provided in step 5. Please call the main office at 503-399-3241 and we can try to assist you with this.

You will need to repeat this process for each teacher you would like a conference with.
