CTEC: The Career Technical Education Center (CTEC) will begin year three in the fall with many exciting programs for students. These have been rescheduled due to the snow day on Monday.
Date: Monday, March 20th
Time: Period 8
Any current 10th or 11th grader who is interested in attending CTEC next year is welcome to attend.
CTEC Student Tour
Date: Thursday, April 6th
Time: Period 2
The first 50 students to turn in permission slips to the guidance office will be bused to CTEC for a tour.
Permission slips will be available at the CTEC assembly.
Date: Monday, March 13th
Time: Period 6
For students interested in taking AP courses next year. Students will be given passes to attend and learn more about Advanced Placement classes.

“Future Viking Night” at North Salem High School
It’s time to get ready for High School! Join us on Tuesday, February 28th from 6-8:00 p.m. for “Future Viking Night.” The North Salem High School staff have an evening of fun events planned to provide parents, guardians and students with information to make a successful transition to high school. Sessions will be given in English and Spanish. Childcare will be provided for ages 3-9 years old.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the general session begins at 6:00 p.m. in the auditorium. Please arrive in time to sign in your student before the general session begins. A tour of high-interest classes will be offered and students will have an opportunity to sign up for summer school, athletics and clubs. It’s going to be fun, be sure to be in attendance!
