Overview
Our sleek, innovative platform enhances the graduation experience by using graduates' selfie pictures to identify their images from the ceremony. Graduates simply upload a selfie and provide their contact information (e.g., email, mobile number, and mailing address).
Post-ceremony, our advanced systems scan all the captured photos, pinpointing every image featuring the graduate. Proofs are swiftly sent to graduates and their families using the provided contact information from the registration page. This ensures a seamless and personalized delivery of cherished graduation memories.
Step 1
Simply scan the provided QR code either on signage in the check-in and line-up area or through custom reader cards. Custom reader cards provide a way for your name readers to still have phonetic spelling and full name on one side with a QR code on the other for easy registration.
The QR can also be shared ahead of time, though we encourage still having it available the day of the event in some way.
Step 2
Once scanned, participants fill out a simple online registration form including name, email, as well as optional mobile and address information, then snap a selfie.
Step 3
After the images are transmitted to our system, all images are ID’d by the uploaded selfies and sent out to participants within a short time frame for them to view and share.

April 1st: Senior speech packet and Sign-ups available (Davis)
April 3rd: Jostens delivers graduation announcements (during lunch)
April 6th: Senior parent meeting: Graduation information: Auditorium 6pm
April 7th: Senior class meeting during CCR time in the Auditorium
April 20th: Jostens delivers caps and gowns to NSHS.
April 25th: Prom: Macleay Conference & Retreat Center 8pm to 11pm
April 28th: Graduation Speech/audition packet due: Return to Mr. Davis.
April 29th: RSVP open for senior Breakfast. Must RSVP to attend the Senior honors breakfast. RSVP -Senior Breakfast
April 29th: Senior Party tickets go on sale! More info to come
MAY:
May 1st Online scholarship survey open (Room 110, Garcia) ALL SENIORS PLEASE COMPLETE! (Link coming soon)
May 1st: Link will open to request extra graduation tickets. Use your student email address. Extra ticket request form
May 1st: RSVP open for Senior honors breakfast. Must RSVP to attend the Senior honors breakfast: RSVP -Senior Breakfast
May 6th: Senior grad speech auditions: Davis location TBD
May 14th: College signing day: Both lunches, library. Celebrating ALL seniors! All seniors welcome regardless of college admittance. Eat lunch, take photos, win prizes, have fun! (Adrain Rodriguez)
May 14th: Athletic signing: West Commons 3:30pm
May 16th: Senior locker decorations: 10am-1pm (Saturday): Main entrance LOCKER DECORATIONS INSTRUCTIONS
May 20th: AVID Graduation, 7:00pm Auditorium (invite only)
May 27th: IB Senior Celebration (invite only) Main Gym 5:30-7:30pm
May 28th (Thursday) & 29th (Friday): Senior finals
May 29th: Last day to RSVP for the Senior breakfast RSVP -Senior Breakfast
May 29th: Senior Sunset: Football field 7:30-9:00pm
JUNE:
June 1st (Monday): “Almost done” Day. Students attend classes, teachers take attendance.
Seniors use this day to do the following:
-Turn in Chromebooks (Library)
-Turn in Yonder pouches
-Turn in textbooks (Library)
-Clean out your locker (throw away trash, food and take home personal items)
-Pick-up Jostens order (if needed)
-Yearbook pick-up and/or signing
-Rental Cap & Gown pick-up (Counseling office)
-Pay fees and fines (Bookkeepers window)
-Teacher discretion: Late work turn in or test make-up
June 2nd: Senior grades due: 4pm
June 3rd: Senior Breakfast and Honors: Main gym. Bring cap and gown but don’t wear until parade. 8:00am
June 3rd Senior photo: Front of school in cap and gown 9:30-10am
June 3rd: Senior final voyage: Walk through the halls
June 3rd: Parade of Honor 10:30-12:00pm (buses in the front of the building) permission slip needed.
June 3rd: TBD. Grad Party: No NSHS affiliation/Senior parents run. Parents can email northsalemseniorparents@gmail.com if interested in helping out and/or find more information. Cost $10, The Rec 6:00pm-10:00pm
June 5th: 8:00am: Mandatory graduation rehearsal. All graduates must attend to walk and will receive graduation tickets for the ceremony. Check-in, then sit on the home side of the bleachers.
June 5th: Graduation ceremony: 6:00pm. Graduates need to arrive no later than 4:30pm. Stadium gate opens at 5:00pm.
